We deliver across the United Kingdom to registered businesses, including takeaways, restaurants, and food service operators.

All frozen products are carefully packed and transported to maintain temperature and product integrity.
Important:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Upon arrival:

Goods must be checked immediately

Frozen items must be stored appropriately without delay
Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for any spoilage or damage caused by failure to properly store products after delivery.
Returns
Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
We will only consider refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
